How do I return an item?
Returns and exchanges increase the carbon footprint of each order, we try to provide you with all the information you need for a happy purchase. In the (hopefully very unlikely) case you would not love the item you ordered, here is the information you will need:
Return Deadline
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to the designer.
Return & Exchange Conditions
All items returned to us must be unused (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging and labels attached. Any items that fail to meet these criteria will be denied. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Exchange is not available. You will have to ask for a refund and then place a new order.
Request a Return
To request a refund please fill in this form stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return.
Once we have received your submission, we will then contact you with further instructions.
Return Approval
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its reception. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Rejection only happens if the article is received after the 14 days return period limit and/or if the product is damaged.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Return Fees
We don't cover the return fees, they are at your expense.
